Diamond-cut customisation -

What is a diamond cut wheel? This is an alloy wheel which has been put on a lathe and part of or the entire painted surface of the wheel is machined off to leave a shiny alloy finish. A small part of the actual alloy is machined off to create this finish. It is then lacquered over to prevent corrosion.

Powder coating -

While parts might look like they are painted, powder coating is a dry finishing process that uses finely ground particles of pigment and resin mixture that are electrostatically charged and then sprayed onto electrically grounded parts so that they stick to it.

Wheel straightening and Welding -

Our technicians use a wheel straightening system that applies pressure to the bend region. The process allows the user to target various angles, skillfully manipulating the rim until the wheel is straight.

Corrosion damage repair -

The tyres are deflated and removed to ensure maximum access to the damaged area. All damage is removed ensuring the shape of the wheel is kept. The wheel is then re-sprayed/powder coated and lacquered back to the original form. The wheel is then cured off under the heating system.
